As part of the team, this role will be responsible for three discreet specialty teams, working in partnership with clinical heads and other senior health professionals.About the role:Our service strives to deliver equity-focused services, working closely with primary care partners, NGOs, and community stakeholders to enhance mental health and wellbeing for those we serve.The Team Manager will require an understanding of approaches that enhance health gains for all; skills in developing and maintaining community partnerships and regional networks are required.

The role is based at Middlemore Hospital, though the candidate is required to be at Lambie Drive some of the week, working Monday to Friday with rostered on-call duties on weekends and after hours.The successful candidate will want to lead, thrive, and enjoy working in busy and challenging clinical environments.
