You will be focussed on keeping your team engaged, motivated, and empowered to do their very best!Successful candidates will need to have:The ability to effectively lead, organise & motivate a team to achieve results during a busy harvest season.Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to be able to work as part of a team within a diverse seasonal workforce.Good time management and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.You will also need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, as well as having the ability to be flexible with the highs and lows of seasonal work.
