We seek an experienced and passionate team leader for our Y3–4 classes. The ideal candidate will have excellent relational skills and a sense of humour, helping to create a warm, positive, and engaging learning environment. As a team leader, you will oversee the academic and pastoral care of students, mentor and support teaching staff, and collaborate with the school leadership team. Key responsibilities include curriculum planning, assessment, behaviour management, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
You will be well supported in your role, with access to professional development opportunities and guidance from senior leadership. Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and an understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum are essential.
