Job Description
The Team Leader – Transfer Station is responsible for coordinating Operators in the RTS operations ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with Company and client requirements.
The job will include

Undertaking the Site Supervisor role as required.
Performing emergency response work as required.
Maintaining a professional image of the company and always delivering high quality customer service.
Ensuring all tools and equipment used in the performance of work is safe to use and stored in a clean & correct manner.
Overseeing the undertaking of daily prestart checks of equipment.
Completing all paperwork and records accurately as directed and required.

At times there may be some heavy lifting so you will need to have a reasonable level of fitness. From previous experience, you'll already know the importance of health and safety in the workplace, and you'll champion our culture of making sure everyone gets home safely.
Qualifications

Leadership/team work capabilities.
Moderate experience in site management and job reporting (essential).
Sound communication skills, verbal and written.
Sound problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
First Aid certificate.
W- endorsement.
