Team Leader Sustainable E-Waste

The Role
As a Team Leader Sustainable E-waste, you will plan, oversee, coordinate and promote sustainable electronic waste (e-waste) practices within the University. Play a critical role in promoting a positive environmental impact and ensure responsible handling of e-waste throughout its lifecycle. Ideally, you will be the type of person who enjoys motivating, coaching and developing a team. You will be an effective communicator with a passion (and proven understanding) for e-waste regulations, waste management standards, and circular economy principles.

Qualification or body of knowledge appropriate to the role (Professional certifications in sustainability, waste management, or related fields are advantageous).
Experience in a role(s) in complex environments that required innovation, problem solving, team management and community engagement skills.
Experience overseeing, training and upskilling a team of junior talents joining the team regularly.
