Team Leader Sustainable E-Waste

The Role As a Team Leader Sustainable E-waste, you will plan, oversee, coordinate, and promote sustainable electronic waste (e-waste) practices within the University.
Play a critical role in promoting a positive environmental impact and ensure responsible handling of e-waste throughout its lifecycle.
Ideally, you will be the type of person who enjoys motivating, coaching, and developing a team.
You will be an effective communicator with a passion (and proven understanding) for e-waste regulations, waste management standards, and circular economy principles.
Ka pukeka me ka wheako / Skills and experience Qualification or body of knowledge appropriate to the role (Professional certifications in sustainability, waste management, or related fields are advantageous).
Experience in a role(s) in complex environments that required innovation, problem-solving, team management, and community engagement skills.
Experience overseeing, training, and upskilling a team of junior talents joining the team regularly.
