Enjoy plenty of variety, no two days are the same!Support individuals and families in urgent need of housingPlay a pivotal role in helping to grow the service whilst making a differenceMo te turanga - About the role As the Team Leader, you will lead, manage and care for a team of social work and housing professionals, and oversee day to day operations of the centre. A key focus will be ensuring that the housing services of the centre are operating in a consistent and safe manner, and supporting centre staff and volunteers to ensure present and future strategies are in place.
A key opportunity in this role is establishing and fostering relationships with internal/external partners that enhance communication, understanding and collaborative outcomes so that people can secure suitable long-term sustainable homes. Therefore, the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively as a team and with other stakeholders is critical.
