Mo te turanga - About the roleAs the Team Leader, you will lead, manage and care for a team of social work and housing professionals, and oversee day to day operations of the centre. A key focus will be ensuring that the housing services of the centre are operating in a consistent and safe manner, and supporting centre staff and volunteers to ensure present and future strategies are in place.A key opportunity in this role is establishing and fostering relationships with internal/external partners that enhance communication, understanding and collaborative outcomes so that people can secure suitable long-term sustainable homes.
