The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to complete a Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship at Dell Cottage Nursery.

Our Early Years team leader or supervisor apprenticeship has been designed by sector experts to help individuals that have gained their EYE and are looking to progress into a leadership role.

Dell Cottage Day Nursery, located on the outskirts of Dorset, is a family-run nursery established in 2006. Our vision is for each child to feel safe and happy in an environment where they can express individual characteristics and develop self-discipline and independence.

We recognize that a child's journey through their early years has the opportunity to shape their future. We strive to ensure that throughout their learning journey, children are given the richest of experiences to create happy memories that will last a lifetime.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the room and oversee the care for children aged between 3 and 5 years.

Implement and plan the curriculum.

Manage the day-to-day setup, opening, closing, and running of the room, including daily activities.

Oversee the development and support a team of 5 staff.

Provide hands-on care for children, including personal care and assistance during meal times.

Requirements:

Must be able to obtain a clear DBS.

GCSEs A-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent (e.g., functional skills).

Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.

Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week.

Dell Cottage Nursery is open from 08:00-18:00, Monday-Friday.
