Job description: Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship – Dell Cottage NurseryThe Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to complete a Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship at Dell Cottage Nursery. Our Early Years team leader or supervisor apprenticeship has been designed by sector experts to help individuals that have gained their EYE and are looking to progress into a leadership roleDell Cottage Day Nursery can be found on the outskirts of Dorset, We are a family run nursery since 2006. We strive to ensure that throughout their learning journey, children are given the richest of experiences in order to create happy memories that will last a lifetime.Your duties and responsibilities will include; The successful candidate will lead the roomAnd be overseeing and in care for children aged between 3 and 5 years of ageThey will implement, and be planning the curriculumWill be taking care of the day to day set up open and closing, and running the room, implementing the daily activitiesWill be overseeing the development and supporting the team of 5 staffThis position is for someone who is hands on, and you will be helping, undertaking personal care of the children and help at meal times Requirements; You must be able to gain a clear DBS,Having GCSE's A*-C in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skillsLevel 3 Childcare Qualification is essential when applying for this role Experience within similar role is preferred Hours; The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per weekDell Cottage Nursery are open from 08:00-18:00 Monday-Friday Benefits; PensionPaid social events Free parking Free refreshingDiscounted childcare
