Team Leader/ Supervisor

Two Brothers Hospitality Limited are looking for FourTeam Leaders/ Supervisors with exceptional skills to add value to their team and assist in the operations. We are looking for a person who Iscaring people-orientated focused organized and great at multitasking and would be well suited to this role.
What does the role involve? To promote excellence in customer service in all areas; To ensure a highly motivated and knowledgeable workforce and to lead by example at all times;
To organize and ensure all staff are carrying out their duties correctly and are following policy and procedures and are in the correct uniform;
To aid in the development monitoring and provision of a detailed training program for new and existing staff;
To enforce licensing and health and safety regulations whilst open to the public; To deal with customer issues and be available to deal with problems in the absence of the Duty Manager;
To follow strict procedures for the control of stock and money and to enforce this amongst the wider team;
To assist the management team in efficient stock control and stock taking; To have a product knowledge and to be proactive in making stock and sales promotion recommendations.
To serve food and drinks in accordance with statutory safety requirements including food hygiene regulations;
Participate in team meetings when required; Any other reasonable duties as requested by management What skills and experience are we looking for? Have a proven experience in supervisory role. However; If you do not have the above experience but are able to demonstrate the below qualities full training will be given to allow you to undertake the role. Qualities required for this position:
Confident Good at multi-tasking Caring towards workers Motivated and able to follow a routine. Able to show initiative and make decisions. Able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time permanent position with a worksite based in the Taupo region requiring the successful applicant to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Pay rate is $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
