Team Leader Safeguarding Team - The Salvation Army About the Business: The Safeguarding Team ensures that all policies and procedures are reviewed and refreshed to best practice standard. The team provides education, guidance, reporting, and monitoring to ensure compliance with both legislation and policy. The team also contributes to the work of the wider Human Resources function and assists in the triage and resolution of concerns and complaints about potential abuse or exploitation of people in the care of the Salvation Army.
About the Role: The Team Leader leads the team to implement and manage programmes and processes in place to deliver wrap-around services, providing a consistent level of care and protection to its clients while ensuring compliance with both legislation and policy.

This role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week. The starting salary for this role will fall between $109,000 and $118,000 dependent on experience.
