We are seeking interest from you if you are able to provide exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and advice on Resource Consents and RMA Planning matters. You will be both technically proficient and a natural leader.You will join two existing team leaders and:Lead a passionate, small team of RMA professionals.Provide planning advice to the public, consultants, and the organisation.Maintain a healthy team environment and bring your innovative ideas.Help manage an average of 50-60 applications per month.Mentor the team with a technical lens, ensuring a consistent approach when interpreting the District Plan.Stay abreast of legislative changes affecting the RMA team.Develop tools and processes to support efficient working.Drive customer-focused improvement projects related to the District Plan team.Review District Plan changes from a 'user' perspective.Conduct cross-department training on RMA and the District Plan.About YouYou have a genuine desire to make a real difference in the community we serve.
