As a key supplier to the local building industry, Riviera Prenail is renowned for its industry knowledge and experience in delivering projects.
Our business operates a purpose-built, semi-automated facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

About the Job: As we have now installed our 2nd production line, we are looking at taking on an additional Team Leader due to increased demand.
This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary based on skills and experience.

About the role: You will be a hands-on leader, leading a team of Carpenter/Fabricators who work with specialised machinery and hand tools such as nail guns, hammers and drop saws to cut and build frames and roof trusses.

What You'll Bring: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry. Previous experience managing a production line is an advantage. A great attitude and desire to lead a busy team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify innovative solutions. Strong multi-tasking and time management ability is essential. Strong knowledge and understanding of construction methodologies with the ability to read and build from plans. Awareness, understanding and commitment to health and safety. Preferred experience and qualifications: National Certificate in Carpentry or Frame and Truss Manufacturing an advantage. Knowledge of NZS 3604: 2011 and understanding of construction methodology an advantage. Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles an advantage.
