In this role, you will be part of the catering leadership team. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of Auckland Council's catering retail services across the region. You will manage a diverse team across 4 sites and assist the Head Chef and Head of Catering with maintaining food quality, service, and operational outcomes.This role requires previous experience as a team leader in cafes, restaurants, hotels, or the tourism space.
