In addition to this, the role also manages the team's workflow management, drives process improvement for online services, and is the administrative link between Council and related contracted regulatory companies.As the Team Leader - Regulatory Support, you understand how and when to utilise your high level of interpersonal and communication skills to provide customers with clear and accurate information. You are known for your pragmatic approach to leading teams in an environment where competing priorities is constant.
