The role of the Property and Tenancy Services Team Leader is to lead a team of Tenancy Managers in providing high quality tenancy management services and ensure the efficient management of all property assets, whilst directly reporting to the Community Housing and Property Manager.
The team oversees the management of a range of transitional and long term tenancies, targeted towards assisting homeless people and those who experience mental illness.
The priority for this team is to encourage wellbeing in people's own homes through building great rapport with our clients and tenants, clear management of tenancies and ensuring we have well-maintained properties.
For Comcare's Transitional Housing program, the role liaises very closely with the Tenancy Support Services Team Leader.
Drawing upon your experience, you will ensure that the delivery of our service is compliant with all relevant legislation and policy, together with meeting best practice and service quality standards.
You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring connections within the local and wider community are available to support clients in achieving progress towards their goals.
