You'll identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, and develop a high performing team.You'll need a relevant project/programme/portfolio management qualification (eg Prince2, PMI MSP etc) or equivalent experience.We're looking for proven project management experience at a Practice Manager level, great communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strong networks and relationships, and solid leadership skills.
