In this pivotal leadership role, you will play a key part in shaping our strategic initiatives and ensuring that our projects align with our mission, vision, and purpose while leading a dedicated team of professionals to deliver meaningful work.
You will have day-to-day oversight of a team of three (ranging from junior to senior planners), while working closely with senior leadership to provide strategic input into the Council's future. Your busy portfolio will see you involved in resource management plan development, plan implementation, and the coordination of work outputs from a variety of staff and disciplines. This is a very busy area of Council, providing a diverse and interesting workload with challenges and variety to keep you on your toes!
