We are recruiting a Team Leader for Network and Security who will lead the team and bring further expertise in the NetSec space with a particular focus on supporting our network modernization workstreams.As our Network and Security Team Leader, you will have a passion for, and technical understanding of, IT networks and security, the ability to align solutions with business needs, and maintain a 'future focused' mindset throughout. You'll be an accomplished leader capable of establishing and sustaining relationships with IT collaborators and be comfortable working within a large, complex environment.Ou Pukenga | About You:You'll have extensive previous experience in a similar leadership role, coupled with an interest in developing yourself and your team to keep up with new and relevant technologies. You'll have a broad generalist understanding across a number of technologies, and a particularly deep understanding of Cloud Networking, being able to configure and support solutions for a complex environment.Ideally, your experience focuses on:Leading and managing a team of network and security professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Managing complex enterprise network security environments.Configuring and managing firewall policies to enforce network security policies and support business needs.Managing switch configuration to enforce network security policies and support business needsDiagnosing and resolving complex LAN/WAN/WiFi network issues using troubleshooting methodologies and tools.You'll also have a good understanding of:Network monitoring and performance optimizationHybrid cloud solutions that integrate on-premises infrastructure with public or private cloud environments.Cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance requirements.Information and data security/privacy principles and practices.Te Ahurea | Why work at Silver Fern Farms?Silver Fern Farms are all about Creating Goodness from the Farms the World Needs.
