About the Role We areseeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated Retail Team Leader to join our teamat Mitre 10 MEGA Henderson to help lead team members in the Hardware department.
Combiningyour strong retail background and your ability to take the initiative, thisrole will see you support the Zone Manager to lead an already established andsuccessful team and demonstrate your ability to challenge, motivate and drive theteam in a fast pace and fun environment delivering exceptional customer serviceto our customers.
Youwill assist in the day-to-day management of the department to achievemaximum profitability, growth and efficiency within all departmental aspectsand procedures of the store.
Vacancy: Hardware Team Leader (40 Hours Sunday – Thursday)
