We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Kaumatua Services team.
This role will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to utilise their leadership and managerial skills to inspire our team who work hard to provide wrap around support to improve the overall wellbeing of our Kaumatua.
The Team Leader will lead and coordinate the Kaumatua service, ensuring healthcare and wellbeing services are provided to individuals outside of traditional healthcare settings.
