You will actively support Head of Field Services, Service Delivery Managers and team leaders to develop and implement a sustainable resource planning and reporting methodology to deliver the Field Services components of the annual work plan efficiently within agreed timescales, budget, and other expectations.What you'll needWe are seeking someone with strong leadership experience including establishing a team and ensuring that all teams are working together.
