You will also:Build a team environment that fosters and develops effective working relationships and high performance.Assign, coordinate, and check the services undertaken by the team.Ensure productivity is maintained and the quality of work meets approved standards.Ensure the workload is distributed evenly.Orientate and train all Wakefield Specialist Centre staff.This is a 13-month fixed-term, 80 hours per fortnight position, to cover a staff member who is on parental leave.
