Much of the trust customers have in our business and the reputation that we have in the community comes from our strong team.A bit about youIdeally, the successful applicant will have:A passion for GREAT customer service at all timesExperience in supervising and leading a team, or experience as a senior team member with the desire to leadAbility to maximise team productivityAbility to manage a varied and busy workloadStrong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutionsGeneral computer skills and understanding of administrative processesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skillsKnowledge and understanding of health & safety systems/processesBe physically fit as there will be prolonged walking and standing on concrete floors, manual handling, and liftingThis will be a busy role, and no two days will be the same.
You will need to be adaptable, customer-obsessed, collaborative, positive, and passionate about maintaining a safe working environment.
