Our vision goes beyond conventional boundaries in pursuit of solutions that redefine industry standards to make projects quicker, easier and more cost-effective for our partner companies to achieve.Job DescriptionStart dates commence from November 2024, January 2025 and March 2025 - up to approx. 6 months term.What You'll Do:Lead and inspire a top-notch crew to achieve project goals (up to 3-10 direct reports).Oversee assembly and installation of solar farm components, including heavy machinery operations.Coordinate with Senior Supervisors and management to keep everything on track.Perform manual labour tasks as required.Follow SOP's and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and quality construction.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in the construction industry, especially with heavy machinery.An approachable, personal team player with strong leadership skills.Good physical fitness for manual tasks.Strong knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety practices.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Reliable transport to and from work.Full NZ Drivers Licence, Class 1 – class 2, forklift licence and WTR are a bonus!A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.Missing a few attributes or level of experience that we're looking for?
