The role
Manage the fitting schedule including parts ordering, and labour allocation in the department
Assist with sales enquiries and recommending appropriate solutions
Develop and build long term relationships with sales prospects, motor companies and their Dealership personnel
Explain technical aspects of the products to staff and customers
Manage the incoming and outgoing flow motor vehicles and ensure all work is completed to the required quality standard
Work with us at product training programmes with staff, stores and customers as required
Manage product warranty issues.
The skills needed
Previous automotive industry experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Technical automotive knowledge
Good leadership skills and knowledge of HR requirements
Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
Be driven to ensure success for the company
Be a team player
