In this role you will lead a small team of professionals who support people with disabilities and their whanau within the community. This is a mid-level role, perfect for someone wanting to take the next step in their management journey.The role is both busy and varied therefore we are looking for someone who likes a challenge, can build and maintain strong relationships within their community ensuring the people we are working with are able to achieve the best outcome, whilst also leading and coaching a small team.This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week maximum with flexibility in these hours for the right candidate.
