In this role, you will report to the Delivery Manager - Construction and be based in New Plymouth, in the beautiful Taranaki area. You'll need at least 5 years of work experience and a current registration. To succeed in this role, it's essential to have the following: - Assist with work plans and complete necessary field paperwork - Relevant trade qualification with current practising licences, plus knowledge of Codes of Practice, Policies, Standards, and the Safe Manual – Electricity Industry (SE-MI) - Current Workplace Competency (WTC) with proven team leadership skills - A clean full NZ driver's licence (Class 2) is preferred  - Ability to organise your workload and your teams to meet goals - Proactively promote a safety culture in line with legislation and company procedures - Strong interpersonal skills and technical aptitude - Excellent verbal and written communication - Commitment to health and safety, with a positive attitude and team spirit.
