You'll need at least 5 years of work experience and a current registration. To succeed in this role, it's essential to have the following:Assist with work plans and complete necessary field paperwork.Relevant trade qualification with current practising licences, plus knowledge of Codes of Practice, Policies, Standards, and the Safe Manual – Electricity Industry (SE-MI).Current Workplace Competency (WTC) with proven team leadership skills.A clean full NZ driver's licence (Class 2) is preferred.Ability to organise your workload and your teams to meet goals.Proactively promote a safety culture in line with legislation and company procedures.Strong interpersonal skills and technical aptitude.Excellent verbal and written communication.Commitment to health and safety, with a positive attitude and team spirit.About UsNorthpower is an electricity and fibre network provider for Whangarei and Kaipara, with more than 60,000 connected customers.
