Part time - 28.75 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

£25,378.08 - £27,766.83 pro rata

Key responsibilities

Motivate, develop and support every member of your team.

Manage resources and lead by example in safety and customer service.

Find and take opportunities to improve store operations.

Required skills & experience

Retail experience with a focus on team development.

Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.

Positive attitude with innovative ideas for customer and colleague experience improvement.

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new working methods.

Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
