We are looking for permanent full-time Team Leaders to work alongside Kiritaki in our Residential Support Services in Christchurch.
What does a Team Leader do? | He aha te mahi a te Kaimahi Tautoko
We are looking for 3 experienced Team Leaders. As a Team Leader you will coach and lead a team to provide support for 3 individuals living in their own homes. You will:
Support the people to access the community and enjoy experiences that they choose.
Observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the person.
Coach and guide a team to ensure there is a consistent approach to the support delivered.
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that people have support that is appropriate and enables them to live their best lives.
Embed Enabling Good Lives principles into the support provided.

A full NZ Driver License and ability to transport passengers confidently and safely in our disability vans.
Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
