As the Team Leader - Food & Beverage , you'll play a key role in delivering high levels of customer service while creating a relaxing dining experience for our guests. You'll lead the F&B team with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring the smooth operation of our café while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in Food & Beverage, with skills both in front of house and the kitchen.
Skilled in barista work, ideally holding a Duty Manager's Certificate.
An instinctive leader who enjoys mentoring and training the team to reach their full potential.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine team player who loves interacting with guests and staff.
Comfortable making decisions and resolving issues as they arise, ensuring the best experience for everyone.
