You'll dive into projects that include drainage, services, and utilities, leading the charge in an environment where no two days are the same.Your ResponsibilitiesOperate the Drill: Take control and safely install essential services.Lead the Crew: Command a small team of operators, drillers, and laborers with energy and enthusiasm.Support the Ground Crew: Get your hands dirty and assist with laboring tasks whenever needed.Effective Communication: Motivate, support, and communicate clearly with your crew to ensure everyone is on the same page.Routine Maintenance: Stay on top of paperwork and conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to keep everything running smoothly.Safety Reporting: Take charge of monthly Health & Safety reporting to maintain a secure work environment.Skills And ExperienceWe seek leaders who are not only skilled but also able to inspire and develop their team.
