Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa is a national provider of mental health, addiction, disability, offender rehabilitation, wellbeing and housing services. This position is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to join and lead our Housing services team. This team provides housing services to Whanau who are experiencing homelessness or housing distress.
You will be overseeing service delivery, working closely with the Ministry of Social Development, leading the team, overseeing referrals, and communicating with external and internal stakeholders.
This role will be focused on leading up to 8 team members, providing support to them, building their case management skills, and supporting them with their overall development.
This is a fixed-term full-time role until June 2026. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
Minimum Requirements: It is essential that you have a minimum of two years of experience working in the health, social, or community housing sector, be familiar with community agencies, and have people leadership experience.
