In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whanau be the best they can be.This position is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to join and lead our Housing services team, which provides housing services to Whanau who are experiencing homelessness or housing distress.You will be overseeing service delivery, working closely with the Ministry of Social Development, leading the team, overseeing referrals, and communicating with external and internal stakeholders.This role will focus on leading up to 8 team members, providing support to them, building their case management skills, and supporting their overall development.This is a fixed-term full-time role until June 2026, with working hours from Monday to Friday.Minimum Requirements:It is essential that you have a minimum of two years of experience working in the health, social, or community housing sector, be familiar with community agencies, and have people leadership experience.If you also bring along the following, we would love to hear from you:A person centred and strength-based approach to service deliveryExperience working with clients who have high and complex needsGood communication skills to effectively communicate with the people in the community, Kaimahi, Tangata Whaiora, and their WhanauStrong people management skills and experience coaching kaimahiA full New Zealand Driver's Licence and working rights in New ZealandMe pehea te tono mai | How to applyClick the apply button now and upload your CV and cover letter telling us about yourself!
