We have an outstanding opportunity to join the PowerNet team in the exciting and rewarding role of Team Leader, based at our Gore Depot.
Reporting to the Lines Supervisor, the Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Distribution Line Mechanics and apprentices in the field, building an effective team culture and ensuring line maintenance, construction and fault repairs are completed on time on budget. This is an opportunity for you to grow and develop your people leadership, project planning and work delivery skills in a supportive environment.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills
A natural leader of people
A current EWRB electrical registration and practicing licence
At least 3 years recent experience in the electrical distribution industry
Innovative, and capable of using new technology to improve the way things are done.
Competent to hold a PowerNet Network Access certificate (NAC)

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an option to work a 9-day fortnight.
