Responsibilities Lead a team dedicated to accompanying our clients, individuals and professionals, faced with sinistres related to Dommages aux Biens or Responsabilité Civile.
As the right-hand man of the team leader, structure, plan, and actively participate in the team's activity, while ensuring a rigorous follow-up.
Organize and supervise the management of files, prioritizing counseling, empathy, and anticipation.
Stimulate, mobilize, and support your collaborators to create a dynamic in sinistres management.
Manage complex files and/or high financial stakes.
Follow performance indicators and develop, with your team, corrective actions if necessary.
Work closely with your colleagues and cooperate with external partners.
Cultivate a serene working environment, conducive to engagement, motivation, and trust within the team.
Profile Diploma in Banque, Assurance, or Droit, with a solid knowledge of the insurance sector.
Confirmed experience in team management and animation.
Perfect mastery of French, German, and English are a significant asset.
