We assist our clients in achieving the right balance across the spectrum of generation through renewable energy sources, solar, wind, stored energy, hydropower, fossil fuels, and alternative energy fuels including hydrogen and electrification.Job DescriptionIn this newly created leadership role, you will be a key senior member of our Generation & Industrial team dedicated to leading and engaging with our clients to deliver technically challenging multi-disciplinary projects to support the growth of our NZ energy practice.What will a day in this role look like?Workload coordination and resource scheduling, including collaboration with other teams/business lines for the delivery of services within the industrial, infrastructure, and power generation sectors.Providing input into the energy strategy to align with the growth objectives of the NZ energy business.Undertaking Project Director, Project Manager, and/or Project Approver responsibilities.Leading business development activities; building and maintaining client relationships, scanning for opportunities, keeping abreast of local markets and disciplines, developing capture plans, and preparing high-quality bids.Coaching and mentoring a high-performing and engaged team; performance management, welfare and pastoral care, contributing to and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.QualificationsThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
