We pride ourselves in offering a property management service that goes beyond the basics to take a pro-active and strategic approach in maximising the performance of our clients' portfolios.The Company Offers:Administration supportHealth Insurance PackageManagement SupportExcellent remuneration package which includes Company Car, Fuel Card, Phone and LaptopFull training provided to the successful applicantExcellent location and flexible working conditionsRegular team events and outingsThe Role includes but is not limited to:To proactively oversee and manage the day-to-day running of this busy office and to ensure the Property Management Team are maximising their portfolios and are meeting and exceeding their full potential.To ensure that Landlord and tenant customer service is always maintained to the highest standard and is in line with The Residential Tenancies Act and is customer solution driven.Help to develop and execute company business plans working alongside Head of Property Management.Offer a high level of service and regular communication with clients.Ensure team KPI's are met and exceeded.In consultation with the Head of Property Management, develop and undertake one's own individual personal development plan to ensure skills and knowledge are up to date so that the requirements of this position can be met.Assist the PM team with Tribunal Matters ensuring a best practice approach.Skills & Experience:Experience in NZ Property Management is a must, minimum three years' experience.Fosters an environment in which customer satisfaction is valued and delivered.Leadership qualities vital to this role are vision, empathy, persistence, the ability to resolve conflict, outstanding decision-making ability, a positive attitude, the ability to mentor and develop staff, common sense, attention to detail, and respect for others.A great problem solver with solution-based strategic thinking.Great Communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.You will have sound knowledge of the RTA and understand the importance of ensuring new legislation is complied with.Palace Liquid Software an advantage but not essential.Removes barriers to achieve effective Teamwork.Culture:Our company prides itself on having a high performing and team-based company culture.
