If the answer to those questions is 'Yes' then apply now to become our Team Leader - Exhibitions and Collections.About the role | Ko te mahi neiReporting to the Audience and Programmes Manager, you would be:Leading our exceptional Exhibitions and Collections Team, who work across exhibition design and installation, registration and collection management, conservation and our research library and archive;Overseeing the planning, organisation and delivery of all the Team's work in relation to the Gallery's exhibition programme and collection care workstreams;Managing the Team's budget;Ensuring that the Exhibitions and Collections Team is represented across, and works closely with, all other gallery teams including Projects, Curatorial, Learning and Audience Engagement and Visitor Services.Minimum Requirements:A Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, or relevant experience to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge;A minimum of five years' experience in an art gallery, museum or similar cultural organisation, with an emphasis on collection management and exhibition planning;Experience of leading a team and managing its performance;Demonstrable ability to budget, plan, manage and communicate complex workflows with input from multiple disciplines.What's in it for you?
