About You Your technical expertise in Automated Beverage Industry will be an advantage in providing guidance to quickly diagnose issues, generate workable solutions and increase operational efficiency.
Along with an uncompromising commitment to safety and environment, you'll maintain high standards of quality and performance within your team and build a culture of continuous improvement.
As a people leader within our manufacturing environment, you'll have experience with: Supervising & managing a front-line operational team in Production Proactive problem solving & streamline and improve production processes Performance management, discipline & managing within the set agreements Understanding H&S and Environmental systems obligations Application of food safety knowledge including HACCP & GMP Strong working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in Manufacturing - preferably in a food safety environment This is a shift-based position working 2 2 3 pattern (12 hours per day on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off shift pattern) You'll get a fantastic package that includes: Free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends.
