This team holds strong relationships with key data suppliers and will play a key role in the organisation's transformation and growth of admin data and ingestion technology opportunities.The successful applicant will:Lead and/or contribute extensively to building and maintaining sustainable relationships with key data suppliers, including building extensive networks to identify data needs in large businesses.Work with your team to support change, transformation and growth across the organisation in relation to administrative data and ingestion technology opportunities.Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Provide coaching and development to their team to enable growth within their role and foster a strong inclusive culture.Contribute to and implement the direction of Collection Operations to achieve the best possible outcomes for our kaimahi and respondents.Ko wai pea ka pai | Who might be suitedYou will:Have proven experience leading an effective team, ideally for a similar sized organisation or in a similar role.Have strong Account Management experience.Have strong experience working with businesses in a solution focused role with relationship management responsibilities.Have sound knowledge of the NZ business environment and challenges facing businesses today.Have experience working with external stakeholders and customers in the public and private sectors.Be an effective coach and create/engage with opportunities to develop your team members.Knowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Maori.Me pehea te tuku tono | How to applyIf this sounds like you, click on the Apply now button to be redirected to the application page on our careers site.
