Korero mo te Turanga | About the Role
As the Team Lead Data Management, you will guide a team of data specialists in delivering data warehouse, reporting, and analysis services. You will implement and uphold data standards, manage design artefacts, and maintain the data governance framework. Establishing and nurturing vendor relationships, you'll ensure robust data infrastructure support. Your role includes aligning data services with the organization's architecture and business goals through collaboration with stakeholders.

The indicative salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. Permanent full-time 40 hours per week located at 200 Tuam Street, Christchurch.

Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Information Systems with at least 10 years of experience working with large and complex data solutions. You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, ready to inspire and guide a team of IT professionals. With a background in data management, you have experience in implementing data standards.
Your excellent communication skills enable effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering outstanding data services.
