Permanent Full TimeThe Customer Services team are DCC's ambassadors, helping our residents access the right information and services they need at the right time. As part of the leadership team, this role will work with managers and team leaders across all of DCC to ensure our team and customers have the best information available. We're focused on building relationships with our customers that are based on trust and tailored to our customers changing needs.Team Leader - Customer Service will lead the DCC Customer Services team on a day-to-day basis, across multiple customer channels, ensuring DCC provide responsive, helpful service which requires minimum customer effort, in an environment our team love being a part of.We're seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering excellent services to the community and who has experience leading teams in a dynamic environment. We're working to make Dunedin one of the world's great small cities.
