Leading from the front your team deals with customer and team enquiries, telephone calls, finance,special orders and checkout functions and rosters, you will thrive on contactwith people and take great pleasure in providing great service, problem solvingand organising all the things that keep our checkouts ticking over.
The customer service team deliver a lastingimpression of our business and your role is to maintain a high level of customer service through leadership and coaching. Theperson we seek must have the ability to remain cool under pressure and be ableto think on their feet.
This is a full time role, 40 hours per week.
