We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Team Leader to work at one of our leading clients in Far North District.
A bit about the role: We are looking for a Cleaning Team Leader to manage the contracts in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client.
The Cleaning Team Leader is further responsible for providing solid leadership & training to staff teams, building growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the contracts.
The successful candidate must have a clean full driver's license and the ability to cover shifts when required.
Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills Previous experience as a Cleaning Team Lead or in a similar role is an advantage Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile.
Sound written and verbal English skills.
