We are moving to composite Y7–8 classes, with 3 targeted learning classes for children with academic abilities (CWAA), boys' and girls'. We will also be introducing HERO student management system and Google classroom.We will be continuing our professional learning focus on assessment for learning, positive culture for all and developing our TIS integrated curriculum linked to the NZC refresh.We are looking for teachers who are experienced leaders or those who want to begin their leadership journey. Team leaders work closely with the leadership team and are responsible for overseeing 3 other teachers in their team.We want keen, enthusiastic and innovative leaders that will add value to the transformation of TIS. Our leaders need to have good communication skills, a willingness to adapt and change, and be driven to support teaching and learning.
