About the role
Our Parks team are seeking a dynamic administration professional to lead a small team, providing business support, administration and customer focused services for the Parks team.
You will be responsible for:

Providing effective and engaging leadership to the business support team while sitting on the Parks leadership team.
Managing effective and efficient administrative functions and customer services, including licence applications and assistance with financial processes.
Effectively manage customer complaints to resolution with a customer focused approach.
Actively seek and identify process improvements to improve efficiency and customer service.
Providing support to managers with data analytics and reporting.

About you
You'll need to be a vibrant, confident and capable administrator, ideally with some experience as an office manager in a small or medium size organisation.
You'll need to show us that you:

Have effective people leadership skills, will lead an engaged and high performing administrative team.
Have experience setting performance objectives, providing guidance, development and training.
Have experience in a dynamic environment, are agile and quick to pivot when needed.
Multi-task well, and can juggle several activities seamlessly.
Will thrive in a fast paced team environment.
Have the ability to motivate others, can work under pressure and adjust seamlessly to interruptions and drive to meet tight deadlines.
Have demonstrated ability to seek out business improvements and high attention to detail.
Have a customer focused ethos putting the customer at the heart of all you do.
