As the Team Leader of Business Support, you'll provide guidance and development to the team to continue to provide a high-quality customer-focused service.You will seek out process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiencies while maintaining customer-focused systems. You will enjoy working with a range of systems and applications and become a subject matter expert to assist with testing and training the team.You'll be organised, driven, and engaging with your team and customers. You'll have an analytical mind with great problem-solving skills, as well as being an excellent communicator.
